ABOUT FRED SCHAUFELD
Fred grew up in Westbury, Long Island and attended Westbury High School. His life drastically changed in 1980, when his father died and his family could not afford to pay for his college education. Now, Mr Schaufeld provides this opportunity to a fortunate few every year through his scholarship program.

The Fred Schaufeld Scholarship Program provides an opportunity for low to moderate income students from Westbury High School to fulfill their dreams of a college education.
Our Mission
The Mission of the Fred Schaufeld Scholarship Program is to increase the number of Westbury High School students who graduate from college on schedule; and achieve their educational goals and dreams with minimal to no student debt.
